Broccoli on a bed of roasted broccoli greens

1 lb broccoli

1/2 - 1 lb of broccoli greens

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Shredded parmesan

Shred broccoli greens and toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic salt to coat. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 400 degrees on the middle rack of oven until crispy. Transfer to a 9” x 13” pan top with steamed broccoli sprinkle with shredded parmesan and return to oven to melt cheese.

Then serve.
