Broccoli Greens Stir Fry

Chopped broccoli greens

Carrots

Turnips and radishes (optional)

Onions

Celery

Ginger - crystallized ginger works just fine if you don’t have fresh or ginger spice.

Pecans

Soy Sauce, curry, turmeric, cumin, hot pepper flakes.

Sesame seed oil

Saute all veggies in olive oil until tender, add pecans and soy sauce. Sprinkle on seasonings to your taste and a splash of sesame seed oil and you’re done. You can add cooked chicken, beef or pork to this dish for a one pan meal.
