Shish Kabob

2 lbs of beef, chicken or pork cubes

1 of each zucchini, yellow summer & patty pan squash medium to large

2 peppers cut into square-ish pieces

1 large onion cut into chunks

Cherry tomatoes

Pineapple chunks

Alternately skewer these onto skewers and then grill. When the meat is done you’re done. I like to place the pineapple next to the meat because it’s a natural meat tenderizer.

Any veggies that are left over just toss with olive oil and seasonings put in a grill pan and throw that on the grill too.
